Amoa Resort's menu is guaranteed to give you a culinary experience not to forget.

Specialising in nouveau Samoan/Pacific cuisine, Amoa Resort sets itself above the rest by offering an innovative selection of dishes that feature locally sourced and organic produce from around Savai'i and Samoa. Our menu has been co-designed by award-winning chef Joe Lam of Scalinis Restaurant, Apia.

With dishes including Popo (Coconut) Crusted Chicken, Palusami Risotto Balls, Pulled Pork & Papaya Salad, Twice Cooked Octopus and Double Koko Samoa Cake your sure taste buds are sure to be delighted.

Functions & Private Dining

Amoa Resort Restaurant offers twin views across to the lagoon and poolside which makes for a simply unforgettable experience, perfect for your next function or special occasion. 

Whether it be a private dinner by the poolside or sunrise breakfast on the jetty, we will be happy to tailor a menu to make your time at Amoa Resort truly special.  We can also arrange a picnic basket of homemade goodies to take with you on a day exploring the island.

Our chef will prepare a fabulous 2-course dinner (either entree & main or main & dessert using local seasonal produce.  Upon arrival to the restaurant you will receive a Samoan Siva (dance) serenade, 1 x pre-dinner cocktail then you ill be taken to our lagoon jetty to your private dinner table for the night.  Adults are $140.00 and children 3-11 years $50.00 (child menu applies).
