The Beach Bistro & Tiki Bar

This is the ultimate location at Sa'Moana after a rewarding surf, tour or relaxing day to kick back and enjoy your favourite cocktail and a sensational meal!

Our kitchen aims to provide fresh, local, organic, Island to table ingredients wherever possible in our Tiki style Polynesian restaurant and bar The Beach Bistro.

Our local team of chefs work hard to produce Samoan dishes and familiar family favourites fused with love and seasonal produce.  Our signature dishes are all made from locally sourced meat, fish and vegetables and include Coconut Wahoo, Fish Taco's, Burrito's, Tuna Poke and Oka, The Veggie Stack, and in our opinion the best gourmet beef burgers on the island.

Our menu is varied to satisfy vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free requirements.  Please let us know in advance of your dietary requirements and we will try to facilitate.

Whilst you are on holiday you may as well enjoy a cocktail or two! Our signature cocktails include The Nutty Monkey, Hibiscus Love and lots of Polynesian Tiki Rum Cocktails.

We also offer fresh, ice-cold, organic juices using local seasonal ingredients.

Day guests are most welcome and our minimum spends policy of $25 WST per person ensures you can enjoy either a few cold drinks or try some of our fresh, tasty food whilst making the most of our infinity pool, beautiful beach and jaw-dropping sunset views whilst listening to some island music and the crashing of the South Pacific waves.

Surfing at Sa'Moana

You'll discover that the majority of Samoa's surfing locations are coral reef or rock bottom. There is a great diversity of wave types ranging from medium to long point breaks like Village Lefts or Missions to the bowling barrels of Cocos and a great imitation of Hawaii's Sunset at Tiavea.

The waves are generated from afar with swells coming from deep in the southern ocean before hitting the south coast shore of Upolu Island and with north swells originating in the Alaskan territory coming via Hawaii to Samoa’s north shore.
