Join us for a night of delicious food and cultural performances by the local village fiafia group. You’ll enjoy a variety of dishes, including roast pork cooked in the umu, baked fish, local delicacies - such as oka, faiai fe’e, taro and luau and dessert!

Sunday BBQ night
Our Polynesian BBQ is a treat not be missed! The menu is seasonal and includes a selection of meats, fish, potato salad, green salad, taro in coconut cream, luau, fresh bread, garlic bread, chop suey and fruit, chocolate cake and ice cream.

Hans Poolside Bar
Our fully licensed poolside bar is the perfect place to sip a local Vailima beer or enjoy a nightcap before bed. From 4pm to 6pm, every day, get 20% off all beers and cocktails during Happy Hour - and on Fridays, celebrate with an extra hour of discounts until 7pm. Outside guests welcome.
